Gay af Yoga is an opportunity to connect with yourself and other queer men in an authentic and grounded space that also creates room for humor and fun. No one said yoga always has to be so serious! This is an interactive two hour workshop designed to facilitate connections and community among gay and queer men outside of the bar scene. 

We will take the opportunity to move and feel connected to our bodies while also doing some individual reflections before connecting with the group. The evening will include yoga, journaling prompts, and some structured group work before allowing space to chat and get to know each other more casually. 

This event is open to anyone who identifies as a GBTQ man.
