Bodyweight training is an accessible and equipment free way to work towards your fitness goals. I’ll create challenging workouts that will meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey and we’ll build from there!

Lifting weights is one of the most effective ways to create change in our bodies, but one of the most intimidating workout modalities to jump into. I’ll ease you in and get you feeling confident and challenged in no time!

  • 1 session (1 hour)- $75

  • 5 pack- $350

  • 10 pack- $680

IN PERSON (DENVER LOCAL ONLY)

  • 1 session (1 hour)- $100

  • 5 pack- $475

  • 10 pack- $900

All rates are for up to two people. Include more workout buddies for an additional $20 per person.

All payments are due at time of purchase. Sessions must be used within 6 months.
